





ZEC undertook a number of general contracting of the Oily wastewater treatment projects in 1997-2004, cooperating with Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tianjin University and School of Environment Science and Engineering in Tianjin University, and obtained a national patent of oilfield wastewater treatment method.Since March 22, 2013, Department of wastewater treatment projects built a collection box structure test device at the heavy oil wastewater treatment station in Second oil recovery factory in Henan Oilfield. The wastewater from the air flotation device enters into the test device, and the proprietary microbial strain is added into the test device. The purpose of the test is to test the biodegradability of low polluted water, to observe the biological activity of bacteria in low polluted water, to understand the ability of removing hazardous substances from the heavy oil wastewater, for heavy oil wastewater with high temperature, high salt, high salinity, low COD and BOD.
The site biological treatment system began to treat the heavy oil wastewater with COD concentration of 360 mg/L since December 20, 2003. The effluent’s COD concentration fell to below 100 mg/L on January 6, 2004, and fell to 72.8 mg/L on January 15, and fell to 64.15 mg/L on January 18 laboratory. The biological treatment system was been put into normal operation since then.
